THE CCA NEEDS YOU!
Do you have a few hours to help the CCA? The CCA has another busy year coming up putting on a series of fund-raising events for the community of Clare. We have a dedicated group of volunteers who regularly give a few hours of their free time to assist us put on these events but we need many more. With another Party in the Park extravaganza taking place next summer and a number of other exciting projects, we will need all the help we can get.
There are many ways in which you can help. We always need volunteers who can perform all manner of tasks, from physical tasks at events and in the lead up to events (setting up stalls, carrying equipment, erecting gazebos and marquees etc) to less energetic, such as helping with pre-event publicity, using artistic skills, selling raffle tickets, persuading local businesses to donate items for the raffle etc. Plenty of choice and to fit a range of abilities. In the days leading up to an event we always need volunteers with a van to move equipment around for us. Is this something that you could assist with?
