Hello there this is your NEW local weekly hoop class.
For Adults only. £4 per person
Doors open from 6.30pm and class will start at 6.45pm. Hoops will be supplied but you are welcome to bring your own! You will need a bottle of water and comfy clothes.
From 7.50-8.20pm for an extra £2 you can go over bits that you have missed or work on something that you are struggling with! Any Hoop Orders can be made in person or through Hoopers (www.facebook.com/hoopershelley)

Come and try Nordic Walking in Clare Country Park! We are running regular sessions on Mondays at 9:15am with ongoing tuition so that you can learn the correct technique. Nordic walking is a non-competitive form of exercise, which involves walking with the use of specially designed poles to propel the participant forward. The use of poles turns the simple act of walking into an all body workout with little perceived extra effort. It is known for improving your well-being and fitness.
This is a great way to be more active and enjoy exercising outside with others. Turning walking into a workout!
I am a fully qualified British Nordic Walking instructor and I teach the internationally recognised 10 step technique to ensure that you learn correctly and gain the full benefits from this wonderful exercise.
